One of our many digital projects for the world’s leading premium drinks supplier, Diageo. This promotional incentive site for the Jose Cuervo Tequila provided an online environment for bar staff to participate and receive rewards.

Produce a sales incentive website with comprehensive functionality for bar staff selling Jose Cuervo tequila.
The site needed to:
- Be consistent with existing promotional material.
- Be fast and easy to use.
- Provide an engaging user experience.
- Encourage staff to log in regularly to make updates to sales data and upload imagery.
- Support an education module on the Jose Cuervo brand.
- Facilitate regular and detailed reporting.

An incentive site providing a central communication point to educate bar staff on Jose Cuervo tequila and encourage its promotion to consumers was created.
The site was developed to ensure users would complete an education module on the brand, in order to kick off their involvement with the promotion.
Once underway key activities carried out on the site included:
- Sales activity. Recording and submitting sales activity in return for points.
- Image upload. Contribute weekly photos for additional points.
- Track progress. Leaderboard to track progress against other venues and individuals.
Looking past technical functionality requirements, we also wanted to make sure the site was engaging and easy to use. An intuitive interface was key to ensure bar staff participated on a regular basis.
Behind the scenes, the administration system allows for review of sales activity, reporting, allocation of prizes and delivery of messages to users.
