To create a brand identity for a Melbourne based construction company that specialises in high end residential development projects. The brief for the logo was quite broad; it needed to appeal to both the conservative older market as well as cutting edge, style conscious individuals and related businesses such as architects. The branding needed to convey the company’s values of providing a premium and reliable service.

Geometric shapes have been used in a modular fashion to construct the logo, reinforcing the name of the company and also creating a distinctive, contemporary mark.
These building blocks have then been repeated to create a pattern used as a secondary branding element across the collateral - bringing structure and unity.
The black background gives the brand a premium feel and combined with the use of white and green makes the identity bold, fresh and eye-catching. The modern clean lines in the design ensure longevity and appeal to the wide target market.
The new identity provides a solid foundation that ensures - regardless of whether it is applied to a business card, signboard or tender document - that 360 Construction Group stands out from the pack.
