To create an identity for a construction company that specialises in high end residential development projects. The brief for the logo was quite broad; it needed to appeal to both the conservative older market as well as cutting edge, style conscious individuals and related businesses such as Architects. The branding also needed to convey this new company's values of providing a premium and reliable service.

solution.

Reinforcing the name of the company, geometric shapes have been used in a modular fashion to construct the logo. These building blocks have then been repeated to create a pattern used as a secondary branding element across the collateral - creating structure and unity. The black background gives the brand a premium feel and combined with the use of white and green makes the identity bold, eye-catching and distinctive. The modern clean lines in the design ensure longevity and appeal to the wide target market.
